We collect what we need to run the crew, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Account data (email, name, auth provider id), the briefs and content you create in the workspace, usage telemetry (page views, feature events), and minimal billing metadata when you subscribe.
Why we collect it
To run the crew loop, show you your projects across devices, keep the product reliable, and bill the right account. Telemetry helps us prioritise what to improve next.
How we share it
We use a small set of processors: hosting, our AI gateway providers, error monitoring, and email. They process data on our behalf, under contract.
How long we keep it
Workspace content persists until you delete it or close your account. Telemetry is aggregated within 90 days. Backups expire within 30 days.
Your rights
Access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@berry.pm and we'll reply within 5 working days.
