Supabase auth and faster loads

Replaced Auth0 with Supabase Auth for a leaner bundle, and cut unused JavaScript by deferring third-party scripts.

  • NewGoogle sign-in via Supabase with PKCE flow.
  • ImprovedAuth0 dependency removed — 52.9 KiB saved.
  • ImprovedPosthog, rrweb and sonner scripts now load on demand.
  • FixedStale HMR cache after auth file deletions no longer crashes dev.

Security hardening and reduced bundle

Dependency audit, unused-code sweep and stricter server-side auth checks.

  • SecurityJWT verification enforced on all protected server functions.
  • ImprovedClient-side auth state now lives in a single source of truth.
  • ImprovedCallback and logout routes simplified to match Supabase lifecycle.
  • FixedRemoved dangling auth0-react imports causing build failures.
